That’s a question I can’t answer but it’s certain there is cheating going on in Bucks County. There are absentee ballots that are not filled out by the registered voter but by political insiders. It was done for my mother-in-law when she was living in a nursing home. It was done for other residents of the home too.
An election is an important event but it takes a really dysfunctional person to cheat in an election. Of course the cheating goes on but that doesn’t make it acceptable.
