Over the years I’ve come across people who had to leave their homeland and go live in another country because of government oppression. The Jews who were fortunate enough to escape Europe, others who fled to South Africa, Central America, South America or America told about leaving but never with enough clarity to help evaluate the conditions that motivated the extreme decision to leave their homelands.
Now I’m beginning to sense the fear of developing conditions in America that would cause people to want to leave. One question is where to go to but the first decision is when. The recent discoveries about the massive uncontrolled spying by the executive branch, the illegal gun-running by the Attorney General, the special investigations of the Tea Parties by the IRS and now the arrest of Dinesh D’Sousa for giving money to a friend who was a candidate for political office are all separate affairs but they each are government actions.
