Some people like to gloss over lies by calling them “Gaffes” or “Misstatements” but some misstatements are far more than just verbal missteps. Many are purposeful lies.
President Obama, unfortunately in the minds of many voters, a man Barbara Walters called “a Messiah” seems to be much more of a politician than is worthy of the President of the United States. The Washington Post gave some of Obama’s more egregious statements a dubious award for dishonesty. Four Pinochios. He had three memorable lies.
