Isaac Asimov wrote about how insulting it is to people who have made wondrous discoveries and achieved great things to have credit given to various gods, demons or aliens. “People accomplished the establishment of civilization and all it led to, and they should not be deprived of the credit.”

There’s something called the hatred of the good because it is good, and most people fall into that trap. The hatred of President Trump despite his obvious capability and his great achievements show how he’s a good example of how success is hated.

Asimov wrote “Beginnings:” The Story of Origins in 1989. He observed the achievements of millions of people but most people don’t respect success. Asimov knows what people did as he traced the origins of the earth and the universe including people over the last 15 billion years but instead of pride most people accept that mankind is low and requires help from larger things, things which don’t exist but things in which there is belief and faith. Shows the great power of stupid people who instead of being proud are disgusted with people including themselves.

“If a person regards intelligence as a value, but is troubled by self-doubt and begins to hate the men he judges to be intelligent, that is hatred of the good.

“The nature of the particular values a man chooses to hold is not the primary factor in this issue (although irrational values may contribute a great deal to the formation of that emotion). The primary factor and distinguishing characteristic is an emotional mechanism set in reverse: a response of hatred, not toward human vices, but toward human virtues.

“To be exact, the emotional mechanism is not set in reverse, but is set one way: its exponents do not experience love for evil men; their emotional range is limited to hatred or indifference.” Ayn Rand.

From Galt’s Speech: “They do not want to own your fortune, they want you to lose it; they do not want to succeed, they want you to fail; they do not want to live, they want you to die; they desire nothing, they hate existence, and they keep running, each trying not to learn that the object of his hatred is himself . . . . They are the essence of evil, they, those anti-living objects who seek, by devouring the world, to fill the selfless zero of their soul. It is not your wealth that they’re after. Theirs is a conspiracy against the mind, which means: against life and man.”

Is there anyone who is higher than the Pope? No.
Is there anyone who is lower? Yes. Everyone else.
It’s hypocritical for the Pope to accuse President Trump and Capitalism of creating inequality when Pope Francis, one of the most stubborn proponents of inequality is preaching about inequality. Does anyone else get this?

It’s like Mao preaching everyone is equal when he’s the leader which is a position that is the most unequal position in the universe. There was only one Mao and he looked down his nose at people who wanted to be equal to Mao.

Pope Francis is not Mao but he heads and he has total control of it therefore and thereby it’s an organization that specializes in inequality. There’s no proletariat in the Vatican. It’s their way or the highway of excommunication. That’s as anti-divrerrsity as it can get and the entire organization is perpetuating stasis.

An appalling example of FAKE LAW was generated when two Federal Judges in two different cases rejected President Trump’s executive order restricting entry into the country of nationals of six Terrorist originating foreign countries for 90 days and suspending refugee admission for 120 days. There are 195 other countries for refugees but the so-called refugees who are really economic migrants, the judiciary has it’s heads in the sand when it comes to defying President Trump. Nothing will do for the courts except to rule against President Trump.

The benefit to the Republican party is that when the Democrats get in power the Republicans have powerful weapons to use against the likes of Hillary or someone like Obama.

A Hawaiian federal district judge rejected the presidents common sense claim that the six terrorist exporting nations posed special security threats to Americans . . . (on this, the Trump and Obama administrations are aligned) and concluded the President’s ORDER violated the establishment clause. Relying principally on their mis-interpretation of obscure dicta from Justice David Souter’s opinion for the Supreme Court in McCreary County v. ACLU (2005), the court held that the “unique,” “remarkable” “historical context” of the order, “full of religious animus, invective, and obvious pretext,” tainted it with anti-Muslim bias and therefore evidenced a purpose to make a law respecting an establishment of religion. The absolute judicial lunacy should have triggered a crazy person at large response from normal Americans.

Enraged legal academics have manufactured grotesque theories about the emoluments clause, the Electoral College, and the establishment clause just to bring him down.

As more courts succumb to similar Trump-hatred in the exercise of their constitutional duties, the damage to the law’s legitimacy and to the institution of the judiciary will only intensify. As with fake news, it is one of the pathologies of FAKE LAW that we are likely to forget what real law looks like. Soon enough, we won’t even know the difference.

It’s been given an innocent name: “Warrentless Surveillance” while it effectively did away with the 14 requirements

of the Fourth Amendment. . .  which reads:

“The right of the people

to be secure in:

their persons,

houses,

papers,

and effects,

against unreasonable searches and seizures,

shall not be violated, and

no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,

supported by Oath or affirmation, and

particularly describing

the place to be searched, and the

persons or

things to be seized.”

“Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” Ben Franklin, 1755. That’s 262 years ago.

The illegal use of wiretaps and bugs inside the Trump Tower enabled the Democrats via Obama to generate vast amounts of information – unrelated to any legitimate governmental interest – about the personal and political lives of American citizens including Donald Trump, his family and his associates.

Edward Snowden exposed some of the massive citizen spying by using over one and a half million documents and e-mails. Snowden had to flee from America to reveal the spying. He is under the protection of Vladimir Putin.

Intelligence and law enforcement communities and their allies in Congress appear determined to extend the warrantless surveillance program law, Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act.

“This is a tool that is essential to the safety of this country,” the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, told Congress at a hearing on Wednesday.

The “potential criminal liability of the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency for operation SHAMROCK which was the interception of all international cable traffic from 1945 to 1975, and MINARET, the use of watchlists of U.S. dissidents and potential civil disturbers to provide intercept information to law enforcement agencies from 1969 to 1973)” helped persuade president Gerald Ford in 1976 to get around the prohibition of warrantless seek warrantless surveillance legislation, which was ultimately enacted as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act in 1978.

President Clinton’s Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick testified to the Senate Intelligence Committee that “The Department of Justice believes the president has authority to conduct warrantless physical searches This was used to search the home of CIA spy Aldrich Ames without a warrant. “It is important to understand”, Gorelick continued, “that the rules and methodology for criminal searches are inconsistent with the collection of foreign intelligence and would unduly frustrate the president in carrying out his foreign intelligence responsibilities”. He and Clinton told everyone he can ignore the Fourth Amendment and he was successful.

Government agents search intercepts “to find, extract, review, translate and assess” whether they might contain foreign intelligence — or “evidence of a crime” but they are supposed to get a warrant before they search for that evidence. Government has effectively repealed the Fourth Amendment thereby turning America into a police run state.

Thought Crime prosecutions are next where the government controls not only the speech and actions, but also the thoughts of Americans. General Flynn was the victim of his thoughts, .. ThoughtCrime.

The job of the secret police in the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four was to uncover and punish thoughtcrime. The Thought Police use surveillance to find and eliminate members of society who challenge the government’s authority and ideology.

You think that can’t happen here? So did the people were imprisoned for thoughtcrime during the 20th century totalitarian regimes, such as Stalin’s USSR, Mao’s China, and Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge.
