Former FBI Director Robert Mueller was appointed Special Counsel to oversee the previously confirmed FBI investigation of Russian efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election and related matters.

Two problems for Mueller:

First, the election was not hacked. The votes were properly recorded and tabulated. No known errors. No signs of election fraud. No crimes either imagined, thought about or alleged. So what’s the point of the investigation? That’s the point. There is no point.

Second, a top secret clearance is needed to access foreign intelligence in the hands of the CIA, Dept of State and various other Federal agencies including the military. Mueller has no automatic right to access top secret info. He may not get the required permission to even listen to top secret conversations that were recorded when the US was spying on Russia. Surprised? Not really. The entire investigation is a fraud. If Mueller had enough common sense he would know that and he never would have accepted the job. Now that he has it, well, … he’ll put on a good show trial investigation and go home.
